A BIT ABOUT ME
After a lifetime of living and working in the UK, when retirement arrived hubby and I finally achieved our dream of moving to
the beautiful island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, so now we are the lucky ones "living the dream" in the sunshine !!
Why Fuerteventura? We both fell in love with the island about ten years ago ......the weather is wonderful, the beaches are fantastic, the scenery, mountains and volcanic landscape are amazing. The island's energy is incredible...........not surprising really, the name Fuerteventura actually means "strong happiness/well-being".
Here, we live a simple, peaceful life .......no stress, no pressure .......retirement is wonderful and at last we have time to do things we want to do. Work definitely gets in the way of having a life !
Here there is something long disappeared in the UK ........respect ! There is respect for the family unit, the elderly, for neighbours and for the environment. Ok, corruption is rife, but you can't have everything !

When I was still in the UK, I became
fascinated by all things Spiritual and eventually began to pursue my own Spiritual Development. I was extremely fortunate to be personally taught by the best
there is and I owe her a debt of eternal gratitude.
I am now a Spiritual Healer and I have brought my love for hands-on healing and Native American Indian culture with me to this wonderful island that is now my home.
I am trying to continue my own personal development in Clairaudience and Trance Mediumship but, sadly, this suffered a setback due to the lack of experienced folk to work with. After a long gap, I have, at last, found another wonderful spiritual lady to work with and together we are making great progress.
I have recently become the very proud owner of http://thespiritualpathway.yuku.com/ and I am now doing far more spiritual work on-line including teaching beginners, and I hope I will continue my own development by helping others with theirs !
So now you know why my profile and my blog are schizophrenic..........they are about Fuerteventura, spiritual things and Native American Indian culture !!
